Rule 4.7 concerning conductive penetrations into the energy accumulators states that "One acceptable solution is using blind penetrations in an insulating material." I was just wanting some clarification on this rule. I have attached a picture of my interpretation of the rule.

A think the example referred to in 4.7 implies tapping female threads into a block of plastic on the inside of the accumulator, ie the screw would be turned 180 degrees from what you've shown in the picture It's called "blind" because the tapped hole wouldn't go all the way thru the plastic block.
I'll leave it to the judges to comment on whether the solution illustrated is also valid.
