Hi
Any idea what an electrical maintenance plug is and from where can it be procured?
According to the rules it must be possible to isolate each HV battery stack by the use of maintenance plugs such that no sections of the HV system exceeds a given voltage limit(120V). It is expected that as soon as the energy storage container is opened and especially before any stack is removed from the energy storage container the maintenance plugs will be disconnected.

Where in the rules did you see that? I looked but I couldn't find it.
