Rules regarding HV placement in car

The rules mention that there can be no HV components inside the cockpit, however the description of what the cockpit space is is a bit vague. Does it end at the plane of the roll bar or behind the driver's seat?

Allowable locations for HV components can be determined by reading both: 4.8 HV Component Locations and 3.4.14.1. Firewall
